Love for Lovebullets

At Glastonbury this year we went to some parties at LBHQ Shangri-La run by Lovebullets. Kubicle and SoulClap and Wolf + Lamb.  We were blown away by how amazing and special these parties were. We found it really interesting looking furthur into what Lovebullets do.

'LOVEBULLETS represents a visionary frontier in fashion, art and ideology by inverting traditional symbols of destruction and transforming them into works of art'.

The idea first came to life at Glastonbury 2008 when Lovebullets brought the party to Shangri-La with a decommissioned army tank converted into a Dj Booth (The LOVE Tank). The LOVEtank continues to travel around many UK festivals!

Lovebullets introduced a line of jewellery, bullet pendants designed for the fashionable festival goers. The idea behind the bullet pendants evolved from a fantasy story whereby five LOVEANGELS; DESIRABELLE, WILLIAM, MARTIN, LAMBERT AND KOHN defy an evil force; IZOR, by ‘freezing’ his destructive weapons and electrify them with positive power and beauty.... Hmmm interesting!? But we still love them anyway and they have also been spotted on everyone from Lily Allen to Dj's Jamie Jones and Soul Clap.

And the best part about LOVEBULLETS is that they are charitable. With 50% of profits going to the charity War Child. A charity for children being affected by war.

  2. I can FULLY recommend buying a Lovebullet...for the charitable fashionista reasons listed above - but also (as the author seems well aware)...the LB crew throw a siiiiiiiick party!

    Sunday at Glasto was incredible.

We're a part of LB's music collective...played out the LoveTank you mentioned last year - and this year on The Hub stage.

    Worthy cause? You betcha. Folla!
